In case you guys missed it, Lee Holmes had a ‘review’ copy of the upcoming PowerShell 2.0 Cookbook on the O’Reilly website for a bit. It has since been taken down in preparation for it’s August 15th release. It just so happens that when it was up it was under a Creative Commons license, which means I could distribute it.
